About SAYIT

Saturday Afternoon Youth InTensive

With a focus on personal development, identity and empowerment, SAYIT explores the significance and impact of our surroundings and how young women can better understand ourselves through an awareness of our environment.

SAYIT explores the mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of growing up as a young Muslim woman. This is achieved through workshops, guest speakers, interactive and fun activities, community projects and spiritual development. Different discussions and activities for Junior and Senior SAYIT girls.

We, at Muslim Women Australia, acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional owners of the land on which we stand, and pay our respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
