Join us as we explore the art of mindful stretching! This program consists of 4 virtual sessions where we will go over ways we can apply simple mindfulness strategies into our daily lives.
Including a special first session on women’s health by Dr Wafa Samen, with a chance to ask your own questions.
This session will cover:
- Breathing techniques
- Meditation
- Basic women’s health
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, in a private space at home.
