MIM: Mothers Inspire Mothers

In 2017, MIM will begin with an in depth focus on Motherhood and Mindfulness over three sessions. This will be explored in an Islamic context, drawing lessons from the lives of some of the greatest Muslim women to have lived, as well as the Islamic teachings of faithful presence, intention and consciousness in our thoughts, words, and actions.

With a focus on PERSONAL and SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT,
MIM examines a different topic each month, considering ISLAMIC, SOCIAL, and PRACTICAL applications for Mums.

MIM is aimed at inspiring and supporting mothers of all ages. MIM provides a reprieve from the pressures of motherhood and a much needed recharge to focus on the purpose and meaning of motherhood. It is a safe space for mothers to meet up and learn from each other and share each others stories and experiences.
For mothers of all ages and experiences.

Time: 10am
Dates for Term 1: Friday 3rd February - Friday 3rd March - Friday 7th April
